Profile, data, and settings

  • Within thanX, there are different user roles according to your needs:

    • Consultant: you can view all content, but cannot create, edit, or sign transactions.
    • Preparer: in addition to viewing information, you can create transactions, but you cannot sign them.
    • Authorizer: you have full access to view all information, as well as to create and sign transactions.

  • thanX allows you to create multiple users within the same company according to your operational needs and assign them different access levels based on their roles.

  • Yes. From your profile, you can complete the form indicating “Profile changes” and submit the request. Our support team will receive it and respond to you as soon as possible to include your new changes.
