If you are the sender, the transfer can proceed, but it will remain pending review by our team, who will need to verify the ownership of your sending account using the corresponding certificate.

Once the information has been validated, we have not been able to confirm that you are the sender of this transfer. Therefore, when distributing the received amount, you must convert at least 30% to Moroccan dirhams (MAD). If you have any questions, please contact us at support@thanx.co.ma.
